USUI REIKI WORKSHOPS

Reiki Level 1, also known as the First Degree, is the foundational step in learning the art of energy healing. It focuses on self-healing and connecting to universal life force energy through an attunement process. At this level, students learn the history of Reiki, hand positions for healing, and techniques to balance their own energy and that of others. Reiki Level 2, often called the Practitioner Level, builds upon the foundation established in Reiki 1, introducing students to the use of sacred Reiki symbols. These symbols enhance the practitioner’s ability to focus and direct energy for specific purposes such as emotional healing, mental clarity, and distance healing, where Reiki can be sent across time and space. Reiki 2 deepens the practitioner’s connection to universal energy and expands their capacity to work with it on a more subtle and refined level. Reiki 3 introduces the Master Symbol, a powerful tool for amplifying healing energy and fostering profound transformation. This level also emphasizes spiritual growth, self-mastery, and the refinement of techniques learned in previous levels. For those pursuing the role of a teacher, Reiki 3 provides the knowledge and attunements necessary to initiate and guide others on their Reiki journey.
